I was facing west as the sun rose behind me and the colors reflected in the clouds were beautiful. The water was so calm that morning. There were a few egrets but I chose to include just the one as he took off from the mangrove area. This was sketched and photographed by me and painted in my studio in Dunedin, Florida.
