This plein air sketch was done on the move, in wind, sitting on the pavement surrounding this symbolic cultural center. Midway through, some local constables made me move to another location, from which I had to complete the sketch imagining my original viewpoint. Ink and watercolor on 300gsm cold-pressed watercolor paper in a travel sketchbook.
