Romance On The Lake

We were checking out camp sites at a state fishing lake near our new home and I saw this image of a couple in a rowboat with a huge pink umbrella and just had to paint it. This is an oil painting that I finished during this past winter. I had never painted a large body of water so this was a challenge but I found that I liked painting water and have a pond painting on the "to do" list.
