City on the Edge of Tomorrow

I had been walking on Leavenworth Street and spotted the neighborhoods on the west side of San Francisco as they emerged through a hazy, warm late day light in April of 2019. I was struck by the simplicity of the shapes of the buildings, the long road drawing the eye into the scene and the almost gauze like patterns as these elements came together in a tapestry of soft colors.
