This was both painted from life and a photographic reference. The kitchen surrounding the figure was mostly painted from life and the figure was from a photographic reference that I took myself. I drew in the figure and kitchen with charcoal first and then painted the kitchen before the figure. My Palette consists of titanium white, Winsor Red, Winsor Blue, Winsor Yellow and Cerulean Blue.
